Digital gift cards are redeemable for tickets or gift shop purchases through the following options:
Tickets:
Online 24/7 at wwrr.com/schedule.
Via telephone by calling our Office & Education Center at 302.998.1930, Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 4 PM.
In-person at Greenbank Station, 2201 Newport Gap Pike, Wilmington, DE 19808. The station is only open on the operating days listed on the schedule, and opens one hour before the first departure of the day.
Gift Shop:
In-person at Greenbank Station, 2201 Newport Gap Pike, Wilmington, DE 19808. Please see our Gift Shop page for hours of operation (the Gift Shop is not open for every event).
GENERAL TERMS
Digital gift cards have no expiration date and no fees. They are not redeemable or returnable for cash. They are not a credit or debit card.
You may check the balance of your digital gift card by calling our Office & Education Center at 302.998.1930, Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 4 PM, or by using our Contact Us page. You must have the card number available when contacting us.
The railroad is not responsible for digital gift cards that are undeliverable or not received due to your failure to enter an accurate email address. Please see notes below about providing a valid email address.
Lost, stolen or damaged cards will be replaced only to the extent of the remaining card balance.

PROVIDING A VALID EMAIL ADDRESS
When purchasing a digital gift card, please check to make sure the email address is correct and contact us if you have any concerns.
If you have provided a valid email address, but the email containing the digital gift card has not been received within a reasonable period, please contact our Office & Education Center at 302.998.1930, Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 4 PM, or send us a message through our Contact Us page.
If a spam filter is blocking wwrr.com emails from getting to an inbox, your email settings will need to be modified so that wwrr.com emails are not considered spam.
