HUNTER'S DEN RIDE-TO-DINE DINNER TRAIN
All entrees served with salad, dinner roll and butter,
dessert and non-alcoholic beverages.
Vegetable and cheese tray and beverages will be provided on the train.
Please specify your entree choice when making your reservation.
FILET MIGNON
A 6-oz. char-broiled filet with sautéed mushrooms and roasted peppers, finished with a port wine demi-glaze and served with
baked potato and vegetable.
CORN MEAL RED SNAPPER FILET
Pan-seared snapper filet topped with a fresh corn crabmeat salsa,
served over Mexican rice with vegetable.
HUNTER'S ROASTED AIRLINE CHICKEN BREAST
Chicken breast topped with our Hunter's Sauce,*
served with baked potato and vegetable.
* Hunter's Sauce is fresh tomatoes, mushrooms, tarragon
and port wine demi-glaze.
