Handling Fee: All online ticket orders will incur a 10% non-refundable handling fee.
Obtaining Tickets: Tickets are held at the station ticket window and are to be picked up at the ticket window upon your arrival.
Cancellations and Changes: Requests for cancellations and/or changes to online orders must be received in our Business Office at least 48 hours prior to the day of your train ride. Cancellation policies are strictly enforced. Our office is not open on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
Coach Class Seating: Excursion trains and most Special Event trains are "general admission" seating (first come, first served). You are encouraged to come early to ensure that your group can be seated together.
Assigned Seating: On certain Special Event trains, seating is assigned. When ordering tickets, please indicate if you would like to be seated with another party.
Equipment Substitutions: The railroad reserves the right to substitute motive power and/or equipment based on operational needs.
Weather Advisory: Trains operate rain or shine. If we cancel a train, refunds will be issued for the ticket cost only. The decision to operate is based upon conditions at the railroad. If the train operates, NO refunds will be made. If a train is cancelled, that information will be posted on the homepage of our website and on our telephone answering system.
